What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We offer a range of services across residential, commercial and specialist sectors. Please view our services page for the full list.
What areas do you cover?
We currently serve North East and the surrounding areas, with plans to expand nationwide. Get in touch and we'll confirm whether we cover your location.
How do I schedule a cleaning service?
Every new client goes through a short consultation so we can match you with the right specialist and build a clean around your needs. Fill in our enquiry form and we'll come back to you within 3 hours to discuss your requirements and get you a tailored price.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t have to be home. Many of our clients provide us with access instructions so we can clean while they’re away. However, if you prefer to be present, that’s perfectly fine too!
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Give us 72 hours notice and there's no charge. With 24 hours notice your first reschedule is free - after that a small fee applies. Same-day cancellations are charged in full. All changes are requested via email.
How do you support vulnerable clients?
We understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust and that for some clients, that means more than a good clean. PRYSTN's teams are trained in courses such as dementia awareness, frailty etc. so that cleans are carried out with patience, understanding and genuine care for the person, not just the property. We take the time to understand each client's individual needs during onboarding, and those details are built into their property profile so every visit feels familiar and considered.
Are your staff vetted?
Every Specialist is Enhanced DBS checked, reference verified and trained to the PRYSTN standard, including COSHH, PPE, infection control training, before they ever enter a client's property.

Although we welcome the use of client equipment, we use professional-grade Shark cleaning equipment and ECO friendly products across our service, better tools mean a deeper, more thorough result on every surface.
